Home Owners:
A majority of our clients are homeowners who are either upgrading their carpet in their main home or in a rental home they own.
Realtors:
Real estate agents, in the process of helping home owners prepare their properties for sale, make up the next largest group of buyers. Many of our realtor clients are repeat customers.
General Contractors:
Whether it’s a spec or custom home, we often sell to general contractors who sometimes have their own installers. Of course, we can also install flooring for them and do so frequently.
Apartment Building Owners:
Over the years we’ve had many repeat customers who own apartments. In some cases we have the measurements of their properties on file. Many of our apartment building owner clients own 4-6 unit apartments that they self-manage but we work with property management companies all the time as well. Some of our clients we’ve had for over 30 years and our experience working with them in the past allow us to get their units completed in as little as a few days.
Commercial property/building owner:
We have a large selection of carpet tiles and commercial-grade carpets that most flooring companies do not carry. We can handle the large-scale flooring projects our commercial clients bring us.
Professional Carpet Installers:
Other professional carpet installation companies come to us because they know about our huge, industry-leading selection of carpet and vinyl flooring and more.
Our sales process –
Our customers fall into two main groups:
- New customers who call us or contact us through our website
- Repeat customers who have used us and been happy with the service they have received
What the flooring purchase process looks like:
- People come in the store to choose their flooring from our industry leading selection of carpeting and hard flooring (laminate, luxury vinyl plank flooring and luxury vinyl tiles)
- We schedule a time to come to their home, condo or business so that we can measure it accurately
- We email them the completed estimate for review and approval
- If they accept the proposal we get a 50% deposit on the job
- The work is scheduled, based on the availability of the flooring they’ve chosen. If we have it in stock we can start immediately. If they’ve chosen something we don’t stock, it’s dependent upon getting the material delivered.
