Material being replaced: We replaced the old, worn-out carpet with new carpeting in the same charcoal color to maintain visual consistency.

• Style – Aladdin 
• Color – Charcoal 
• Quantity/Size –  200 square yds.
• Pad – We used Jute padding, a durable commercial-grade material designed for high traffic areas. 

Challenges and solutions: An issue was identified with the subfloor, which necessitated the removal and replacement of the existing wood subfloor.

The damaged wood was removed and replaced with new sub-flooring to ensure structural integrity and proper support.

Customer quote or comment: This is a property management company, they have been using us for many years therefore don’t have any specific comments or quotes. 

Specifics about the job: We scheduled the work for early morning hours to minimize disruption to neighboring establishments and ensure a smooth, uninterrupted operation.
